Tor gives a business a booking page where clients choose a service and a time, a diary and client list for the owner, reminders and confirmations by email, forms and declarations, and optional connections to other services, such as Google Calendar. Features may be added, changed or retired over time.

Tor is a tool. The business, not PROPEL, provides the appointments and services its clients book.

• Business accounts are opened by PROPEL for a business, or by invitation. You must be an adult who is entitled to act for the business.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Keep your password private and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the people you invite do.
• One person may belong to more than one business; each business is kept separate.

• Every new business starts with a free trial of one month. The studio may extend or shorten a trial.
• Some features are optional add-ons, such as WhatsApp messaging and connection to an invoicing provider. They are off by default and are turned on only by PROPEL, at your request.
• Prices are agreed with PROPEL directly before anything is charged. Nothing is upgraded, activated or charged automatically, and no price is set by this page.
• At the end of the trial we will talk to you about the next step. We will not delete your data without notice.

You agree not to:

• use Tor for anything unlawful, or to collect or send data you are not entitled to;
• send spam or unsolicited messages, or message people who have not agreed to hear from the business where the law requires agreement;
• try to break into, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or to reach another business's data;
• upload malicious files, or content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes others' rights;
• resell the service or present it as your own without our agreement.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why when we can.

• The data you and your clients enter into Tor stays yours. We do not claim ownership of it, and we use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You are the controller of your clients' personal data. You decide what to collect, you are responsible for having a lawful basis, for telling your clients what you do with their data, and for the content of your forms. Tor provides a template privacy page for your booking page; check that it fits your business.
• PROPEL acts as your processor for that data and handles it on your instructions, as the Privacy Policy describes.
• You grant PROPEL the permission needed to store, process and display your data to provide the service.

If you connect a third-party service, such as Google Calendar, you also accept that service's own terms, and the connection works only as long as that service allows it. You can disconnect at any time in the settings. How Google data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

We work to keep Tor available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. There may be maintenance, faults, and outages of the providers we depend on. Keep another way to reach your clients for anything urgent. Reminders and calendar sync can be delayed.

Tor does not give medical, legal, tax or accounting advice. Forms, templates, privacy text and invoice exports are tools; checking that they meet the rules that apply to your business, including health-privacy and tax rules, is your responsibility.

• You can stop using Tor at any time and ask us to close the account.
• Before closing, you can export your data, and we will help you do it. After closing, your data is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes, except what the law requires us or you to keep, such as invoices.
• We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other businesses at risk. Where we can, we give notice and time to export data first.
• We may also end the service or a feature. If we end the whole service, we will give reasonable notice and time to export.

• Tor is provided as is and as available, to the extent the law allows.
• PROPEL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost bookings or reputation, or for the acts of the business, its clients or third-party services.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, to the extent the law allows, to the amount you paid PROPEL for the service in the three months before the event. During the free trial, that amount is zero.
• Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence, or any entitlement you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction over any dispute, after an attempt to resolve it by talking.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for a material change, tell business owners by email or in the admin area before it takes effect. Continuing to use Tor after that means you accept the new terms.
